If you have any expenses to submit to the PTCO for reimbursement, the deadline for doing so is Friday, May 1st.
Please fill out Reimbursement Request form), scan it or take a photo, and e-mail it with a copy of your receipts to [email protected].  You can also e-mail belleviewtreasurer@ gmail.com  with any questions.

End of Year Giving for Belleview Staff

(Please Note, this is a completely OPTIONAL End of Year Giving)

Please show the Belleview teachers & staff how much you appreciate everything they did for your children this year.

·      WHAT: Give a monetary gift, in $5 increments, to the Belleview staff and teachers of your choice as an end of year gift and thank you

·      WHEN: by May 5th at 11pm

Through your contributions, teachers & staff can choose gift cards to treat themselves to their favorite restaurants and stores. With this easy gifting program, Belleview teachers & staff receive 100% of your donations and the PTCO gets back a percentage of each gift card to further support the staff throughout the year.

Please gift in $5 increments.

All contributions must be made by 11 pm on Tuesday, May 5th, 2020 to ensure the teachers and staff have enough time to order their gift cards. Late donations will not be accepted.

Basketball Summer Camps

If you are interested in receiving information from the Cherry Creek High School basketball programs in regards to potential summer camps and tryouts, please fill out the google form HERE.  If your family has more than one player, please fill out the form for each player individually. A lot of our plans are on hold right now, but we want to be able to contact our potential families as soon as we have confirmed dates and locations for our events.

A message from the library

Hey Belleview book lovers, the library still has books available online through our subscription to Overdrive!  You can check out up to eight books at a time.  Even if there are fines or overdue books on your student’s account, they should still be able to check out on Overdrive.

To use Overdrive:

* log in to the student’s account at my.cherrycreekschools.org

* select the myLibrary tab at the bottom

* click on the Overdrive icon

* log in with the student’s computer username (active directory) and student ID number

* find, borrow, and enjoy your book!

If you don’t find what you’re looking for there, try Arapahoe Libraries (arapahoelibraries.org) and Denver Public Library(denverlibrary.org/). If you don’t have a library card, no problem.  You can get a free ecard through their websites that will give you access to their online resources, including ebooks and audiobooks on Overdrive, Hoopla, and RBDigital.  You don’t have to live in Denver to get a DPL ecard.

Good News! To make your lives (a little) easier, we will now have your student’s yearbook shipped directly to your home!
Already Ordered the Yearbook (shipping cost waived)
Please follow these instructions on how to update your order to include your address (otherwise it will still be sent to the school).
Not Yet Ordered the Yearbook (shipping cost $2.99 flat rate)

2. Extended Customs Page Deadline: 4/12/2020
